A&D has been locally owned and operated in Ellis County, TX by Larry and Ana David since 1991. Larry graduated from TSTI in 1976 with an Associate’s degree in air conditioning and refrigeration. Upon graduation, Larry went to work for a large engineering company in Dallas. He received his State of Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration license in 1989, with the intent of opening his own business. In 1991, Larry and Anna decided to just that and opened shop at the corner of Franklin and Elm in Waxahachie. They moved to their present location at 223 S Hwy 77 in Waxahachie in 1993. Since their move, they have grown into a very successful business with the help of their sons John and Garrett. Both are graduates of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration course at Cedar Valley College.
